Near-infrared spectroscopy, X-ray inspection, and ultrasonic testing are representative non-destructive methods. In food science, NIR simultaneous measurement of moisture, lipids, and protein is especially widespread. Reducing inspection costs while increasing frequency dramatically enhances quality assurance reliability.
